We offer a variety of programs to best meet your needs. All fitness packages contain an initial consultation, body assessment, and customized diet plan. Our program menu includes:

  • Individual personal training session $75
  • Ten (10) personal training sessions $500
  • Ten (10) partner/small group sessions (up to five people) $250 each
  • The 90-day Transformation Program $1500
  • The Virtual Training Transformation Program $150 1st month; then $97/mo.
  • Life Coaching Program Four (4) 30-minute phone calls per month $400

Partner and Small Group Training

Mr. J.T. Tapias now offers Small Group Personal Training. If you're trying to save money or looking for a training partner, our Small Group Personal Training program could be the answer. Small Group Personal Training is in groups of up to 5 people and offers the same great training as our one-on-one training sessions, but at half the cost.

The 90-Day Transformation Program

This is J.T.'s most concentrated program, with guaranteed results in just 90 days! The program includes initial consultation, body assessment, and customized diet plan. The 90-day Transformation Program consists of three phases:

Phase 1 – When your body learns how to deal with lactic acid build-up (soreness), gets conditioned to deal with muscle fatigue, and adjusts to the change in your eating regimen. (Day 1-30)

Phase 2 – Your body begins to respond to the diet plan and you start to see and feel the transformation. (Day 31-60)

Phase 3 – This is when it all comes together. At this point, you will feel and look amazing! You will develop skills, coordination, flexibility, and strength you never dreamed possible. You will be in the best shape of your life. Also, you will have learned how to exercise and gained smart eating habits that will keep you in shape for the rest of your life. (Day 61-90)

Virtual Training Transformation Program

This new, innovative software program provides intensive coaching, training, accountability, and attention via a combination of scheduled telephone sessions and tutorial videos. The cutting edge program can easily be downloaded to your computer or iPod. It is available for clients not local to the Tampa area or not able to attend training sessions on a regular basis. The first month $150 enrollment fee includes:

  • Four (4) 30-minute coaching calls
  • Body assessment
  • Customized diet plan
  • Three (3) workout tutorial videos per week

For just $97 per month, you can continue to receive new, dynamic videos every week. J.T., life coach and personal fitness expert, has formulated this program for those serious about making a change in their life. Life Coaching Session Program

IPEC Professional Life Coaches are not psychologists or therapists. Coaches have certain distinctions that allow the client to come up with their own answers.
